Issue has been resolved.
We washed our 2024 Black BMW X5 yesterday at your Queen Creek, AZ location (22038 S. Ellsworth Rd) and upon drying it we immediately noticed visible scratches on the right hand side of the car.
This is the only location where we wash our vehicles and have never had such an issue in the past.
Please note that this vehicle is only used on the weekends and it stays stored in a garage at all times. An incident report was also created with your manager.
Were requesting for the scratches to be buffed out immediately.

I've had no response at all to my problem.There customer service is non existing. I even went to a location, where they said they have no phone there.
I have been trying to get ahold of someone for a month now! I call and there is no room to leave a message and nobody picks up.
I've left messages on line with no call back. I want a refund for the $19.99 I was charged on May 9th and my account cancelled. I don't want to be charged again in June.
My sticker number is 61908+605305.
I would like a call back ASAP please. I want to confirm this has been taken care of.

Scratches on vehicle
Manager was made aware about the scratches on the vehicle, but she told me thats probably the rocks on the road, our car wash dont do that, its probably when people go shopping. Manager was rude and unprofessional about the situation and refused to do anything about it.

DAMAGED CAR!! My wife took our car to get a quick wash, and the attendant somehow put her in the track incorrectly.
Half way through the wash the car got stuck and she had to honk for several minutes for someone to come help. They then had her reverse out, just for the soap to start spraying into the car. They tried to send her through again but made the same mistake and the car got stuck again. Somewhere in between the machines hit the front driver side mirror and broke it.
We tried to file a claim with the car wash but the employees told us dont waste your time we will just deny it. Nobody has offered to help in any way and the actual manager of the store (Jamie) refuses to talk to us.
Their actions caused $780 dollars of damage and they refuse to help in any way. I will never go to this car wash again and I highly advise others to go elsewher

Resolved: Canceled but still got charged
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Canceled , received reply that my membership was canceled, still charged for next month.Called Customer Care . Voice mail was full course.

They refused my refund request because I didn't give them 7 days notice before being charged.
I have issues with that due to (a) I never knew what day I was to be charged and (b) I didn't have 7 days notice before I moved from their service area, due to work. I live on the east coast now and they're are no locations anywhere near me.

Only half the car wash was working and clean freaks are charging full price and not telling anybody..your assistant manager is useless..

Refund never received
I canceled my service at the beginning of the month as I no longer live in an area where this company operates.
I've made multiple attempts to resolve this, but there are NO customer service phone numbers that actually work. 8 attempts this morning alone.
My card issuer (my employer) insists that I resolve with the merchant. HOW???

Verified Reviewer |Damage to vehicle while in the automatic Clean Freak car wash. (On video).
My truck was damaged in the Clean Freak Car Wash at location 2942 N 16th St. Phoenix, AZ.
85016. This customer spoke with "Murphy" at the time of the incident on site. Murphy identified himself as a manager and noted that the damage had been identified on the car wash video tape. Murphy suggested I contacted, " Manny's Paint and Auto Body Shop", a body shop for damages, assessment and future repairs.
I have since submitted the estimates as agreed upon with Murphy and have not received follow up as to this claim for body work.
I have received two phone calls in which I was offered car washes as compensation for damages which I have not accepted as compensation for damages which were caused by the Clean Freak Car Wash. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
