Clean Freak Car Wash - Rude District manager

. I was a customer till today 09/16/22 .

I went to wash my car and had problems and the nice gentleman told me i have to renew my membership. I told him will like to upgrade my membership which he did . And he wanted to stick the stickers on my windshield . I told him he can stick anything there because those glass are sensitive sensors which i show him the sensor .

He told mehe have to because he was told by the manager to stick it on mind. i Told him never had any problems with that before, why . He call the manager and the District manager . Which i explained the situation i wasn't going to damage a 120K car for a 5 dollar car wash .

The manager said the reason why they want me to stick it in my car is because they saw me washing another car. Wish i said yes i do have a land rover which i wash it once here . I told him i am a federal officer not going to lie or make big deal out of it didnt know i couldn't do that . The first time i used your car wash after work.

recommended by you . You said it will be more easy getting a membership and i sign up and didn't ask questions and no one told me or gave me a policy to read. He said its fine and ask if he can stick one at my door which i said ok and . District manager said we caught you multiple time washing different cars which i responded i have two cars one for work and one for lasure i dont live around here i just work around here i wash my car after work .

And i only used my landrover once to work because i couldn't drive my Jaguar f-type because of the rain and i stop by after work and wash it. He said we wash all cars here , which i responded nice but i am not going to destroy my car for a 5 dollar wash . Which he replied well yesterday we had a Maserati here, it more expensive which i responded this is a 120K car i had a Maserati before this way more expensive than Maserati. He said well my boss have one too.

I said i am not going to damage my car for $5 car wash. If you have problems with my membership i will go somewhere else which he replied they didn't have to give you any discounts . I replied i didn't ask for a discount it was offered. He started arguing with me how many nicer cars come here .

I told him . I can just go to another car wash he replied we owned all of them . Good luck. I left and call to ask for his name which he won't give me after asking me why i needed it for .

Told him so i can talk to his supervisor .he gave me a fake name paul and threatened me never to called again . I am a federal law enforcement officer and a business owner too. I drive 120K and 112k being threatened, speaking down too treated like a criminal because of my race over $35 car wash . By an employee of yours .Because he is the District manager.

I have a 3 years membership ship with octopus car wash and start using your car wash because i just recently started working up here and the is no otoctobus car wash in casa grande and hate driving in dirty cars . I had the worst experience in my life at your establishment.
